Overall it was perfect for country calling. There’s a shuttle at the hotel next door that we took everyday down to the entrance for $5 cash. The beds were comfortable, clean and the shower water was hot. I almost ended up cancelling though because during the off season it is nearly impossible to reach the hotel!! I called probably 10 times and couldn’t get an answer on my booking until Expedia themselves contacted me about changing the days we were staying. While the location was great, convenient and good for the price for country calling, the lack of communication was just shocking. As someone who travels often this customer service really needs to improve or I think sales will really suffer.

We have stayed here five or six times in the last few months while doing a beach house renovation, always clean and inviting,the rooms are large and everyone is friendly and helpful.

Got better than what I expected for the price. Front desk ladies were happy & helpfully. Only thing that would be nice would be some type of dimmer lights for night, outlets near beds & softer beds. Will definately be staying here again! Full kitchen with full size fridge saved us $ not having to eat out. It's like a hotel sized condo.

The unit was outdated, small, and had mismatched and old furniture. The shower in one of our bathrooms wouldn’t drain. The oven did not work. There was only one television. Concerns couldn’t be communicated because the staff hardly spoke English (although they were very nice). The unit was in a really nice location - 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk and beach. We liked the outside showers.

This place was good since the rooms were fully equipped with everything a person may need. But the smell of the place was horrible, it starts at the entry of the hotel alll the way around the property. We couldn’t stand it. Someone has to change the over all scent of the place, it is stinky. The small eating area,dinning staff was good but the food wasn’t. And the smell of the place spoils everything.
